Employee BYO (Bring Your Own)

Garment Preparation: Please ensure that all garments are clean, free from defects, and that all packaging has been removed prior to submission.

Submission and Collection: Employees are responsible for delivering their garments to the Dove House and retrieving them upon notification. After you have dropped the garments off at Dove House, please send an email to lauren@mountainashapparel.com stating you have dropped garments off for decoration. 

Embroidery Risk: Although rare, there is a potential for damage to garments during the embroidery process.

Replacement Policy: Should damage occur, Mountain Ash Apparel will provide embroidery on a replacement "bring your own" (BYO) garment at no additional cost. Employees are responsible for supplying the replacement garment, and the cost of this replacement will not be covered by Mountain Ash Apparel.
